| biological activity | ML-9 (Free Base) is a selective potent inhibitor of Akt kinase, it can inhibit the activity of myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) and matrix interacting molecule 1 (STIM1). ML-9 (Free Base) inhibited MLCK,PKA and PKC activities with Ki values of 4, 32 and 54 μm, respectively. ML-9 induction of autophagy by stimulating the formation of autophagosomes and inhibiting their degradation. |
